“For it is good sometimes to be children sometimes, and never better than at Christmas, when its mighty founder was a child himself.”

- Charles Dickens

As Murfreesboro is celebrating all the glory of Christmas time, The Murfreesboro Center for The Arts brought to the people the glories of a Dickens story of the season, A Christmas Carol, to sold-out crowds, waiting lines, will call hopes, and the entire dramatic team of ghosts, hopes, and seasonal good deeds.

Theatre guests were amazed that Scrooge too had the ability to unlock his “strong box” to pull out his iron heart to begin to relish in the joyous season of Christmas, and additionally find the spirit of his family.

The Murfreesboro Center for the Arts 2018 season is in full swing with upcoming performances of Hairspray, Spamalot, Pride and Prejudice, God Spell, Memphis, The Miracle Worker, Nunsense, A Mid Summers Nights Dream, Little Mermaid, Steel Magnolias, and Jeckel and Hyde.  For more information about tickets, donations, special events, auditions, and so much more, go to https://www.boroarts.org/.
