If you’ve got a craving for authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine, good news—Cajun Steamer Bar & Grill is bringing Louisiana hospitality to Murfreesboro. The restaurant will let the good times roll starting today with their Bourbon Street-style grand opening.
Cajun Steamer is creating the ultimate Louisiana experience in “The Boreaux”, through live music, a “come as you are'' party atmosphere and authentic Cajun and Creole dishes. The menu focuses on Louisiana-style boils featuring seafood items like fresh boiled crawfish, char-grilled oysters and Gulf shrimp. Additionally, the menu will feature classic New Orleans dishes such as crawfish etouffee, shrimp and grits, red beans and rice and beignets to name a few. Brunch-lovers won't want to miss their Sunday specials like the Blue Crab Benedict and New Orleans French Toast.
Today Cajun Steamer will commemorate the grand opening of the Murfreesboro location with a Bourbon Street themed party from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The family-friendly grand opening will feature live music by Admiral Phunk Brass Band, swag and gift card giveaways, Abita vendors, a magic show and more. "Fat Tuesday'' drinks specials will run all day long with $5 frozen drinks, $2 off Mardi Mule, and $2 off King Cake Martini. Happy Hour will run from 3 pm-6 pm, featuring $6 apps like their boudin, boudin balls, crawfish queso & chips, fried pickles, and tuna dip, with $1 off domestics, $4 house margaritas.
