The Longest Night: A Service of Comfort, Hope, Communion
Are you struggling to find joy and hope this holiday season? This service is designed to offer hope in the birth of Christ in the midst of our hurts, fears, and disappointments. Join us for a time of worship that will include music, reflection, candlelight, Holy Communion, and time to simply be.
The Longest Night: A Service of Comfort, Hope, Communion will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21 at First United Methodist Church in Murfreesboro.
Four Christmas Eve Services
The 2:00 pm service is our modern worship service and will be held in the Family Life Center with candlelight communion and feature contemporary arrangements of traditional carols. The 4:00, 7:00 and 11:00 services are traditional and will be held in the Sanctuary. The first grade nativity will be part of the 4pm traditional service. All traditional services will have communion and close in candlelight.
Childcare is available at the 2pm, 4pm, and 7pm services for ages 6 weeks to 4 years
