Continuing her promise of service to Rutherford County, Melissa Harrell, the Circuit Criminal Court Clerk heard the need of many individuals regarding the Tennessee Real ID, the process involved, paperwork needed, and the time-consuming process. While listening to her constituents, she consulted with Tammy Albertson, her Deputy Criminal Court Clerk, and they brought the process to Murfreesboro with Processing buses.

In association with the Tennessee Department of safety, Melissa Harrell organized an event so Rutherford County Employees and their families could conveniently obtain their Tennessee Real ID on site, rather than long lines at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Battling the summer Tennessee heat, the team serviced 200 people.
