The Exchange Club of Murfreesboro had Past National Exchange Club President John Hood induct the new officers on June 29 at Through the Grapevine. The Club is pleased to recognize its newest board of directors and slate of officers:

“I am pleased to be part of an organization that is celebrating 70 years of serving Murfreesboro,” said incoming President Brian Hongsemeier. “As President in this milestone year, I hope to lead the club into the next 70 years with a continued passion for service, community, and friendship.”
The Exchange Club of Murfreesboro meets weekly for fellowship and speakers on various topics of interest to the community. Exchange Club of Murfreesboro members also engage in community service projects and hosting the annual “One Nation Under God” Community Breakfast the Tuesday before Thanksgiving; presents the annual “Healing Field – Flags of Remembrance” over Memorial Day Weekend; and the annual “Celebrity Waiters Dinner”.

This year, the Exchange Club of Murfreesboro celebrated 70 years of working together to make our community a better place to live through programs of service in Americanism, Community Service, Youth Programs, and the Prevention of Child Abuse.
