Tennessee House Speaker Cameron Sexton, R-Crossville, appointed State Rep. Mike Sparks, R-Smyrna, to serve on four House committees for the 112th Tennessee General Assembly.
Sparks will serve on the House Commerce, Education Instruction, and Finance, Ways, & Means Committees, along with the Finance, Ways, & Means Appropriations Subcommittee.
“As a small business owner, Mike Sparks has the knowledge and experience that will make him a valuable and key member of our House Finance Committee,” said Speaker Sexton. “I appreciate his dedicated service to his constituents, community, and our entire state, and I know he will be incredibly successful in his committee roles.”

The House will reconvene on Monday, February 8, 2021.
