In the early 2000s, Alisa Childers received notoriety as a singer and songwriter with the awarding-winning, all female Christian music group ZOEgirl. Today, she is a wife, a mom, an author, a speaker and writes a popular apologetics blog for "doubting Christians and honest skeptics."

She has been published at The Gospel Coalition, Crosswalk, the Stream, For Every Mom, Decision magazine, and The Christian Post. Her new book, "Another Gospel?," describes the journey Alisa took over several years as she wrestled with questions that struck at the core of her Christian faith and discovered truth.

"Progressive Christianity is not simply a shift in the Christian view of social issues. It's an entirely different religion, with another Jesus and another gospel.”

On Monday, Oct. 26, Alisa will speak about the real truth of progressive Christianity in our lives, how we can identify it and how we can answer it Biblically. Join her in-person at North Boulevard School of Christian Thought, 1112 N Rutherford Blvd.

Alisa will speak at 7 p.m., praise and worship will begin at 6:30 p.m. This event will be livestreamed at schoolofchristianthought.com, northboulevard.com and Facebook@northboulevard.
