Update: Thanks to tips, missing Rutherford County children Jaxson and Jocelyn Robinson were found with their mother, Amy, in Moorhead, N.C.

"The children are safe. We thank everyone for their help," RCSO spokeswoman Lisa Marchesoni said in a Facebook post.

EAGLEVILLE - Eagleville police and the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office ask for the public's help in locating two missing children believed to be with their non-custodial parent, 39-year-old Amy Marie Newell-Robinson.

The two children are 6-year-old Jocelyn Jane Robinson and her 4-year-old Jaxon Levi Robinson.

The mother has active arrest warrant for custodial interference is wanted for Custodial Interference by Rutherford County and Newell-Robinson (pictured above) is probably driving a white 2005 Dodge Caravan with TN license plate: BKR-582.

Anyone who sees the van, the children or Newell Robinson should contact the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office at 615-898-7770.
