Mayday Brewery invites everyone with a Hawaiian shirt to put it on and come to the brewery for a Luau from 6-10pm Saturday June 1 for live music, photo booth, Polynesian Food, and special small batch beers, and more.

Mayday’s Head Brewer Kelsey Nelson, known for making some of the best sours in the area, is brewing a pina colada sour for this event that she says, “…is going to be a crowd pleaser. Just take a sip and close your eyes, and you may be able to hear the ocean.”

Along with their delicious regular menu of steamed sandwiches, Mrs Grissom’s Food Truck will be serving Polynesian selections of Hawaiian ham sliders, Hawaiian chicken rice and sweet and sour meatballs.

Ariana Vandenburgh, VP of Experience at Mayday, advises party goers to “Put on that grass skirt and get here a little early to soak up some sun on our spacious deck. We open at 1:00pm. Then get your photo in the free photo booth, warm-up for some limbo, then enjoy live music and a hula hoop performance complete with fire.” When asked about music for the event, Mayday Founder Ozzy Nelson explains, “It isn’t easy getting a ukulele band in Murfreesboro, so instead we have two great Nashville artists Shannon Labrie and Skylar Gregg. You won’t be disappointed.”
