FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Just three days removed from completing a runner-up finish in Knoxville, Middle Tennessee women's golf is back in action close to home on Friday as the Blue Raiders tee off at the Mason Rudolph Championship in Franklin.

Middle Tennessee is competing in the event, which boasts one of the toughest fields in collegiate women's golf every season, for the fourth consecutive year.

The Blue Raiders will be facing off with a pair of in-state teams in Chattanooga and host Vanderbilt as well as Conference USA foe Charlotte, who MT bested by a stroke earlier this week in Knoxville.

Also in the field are Arizona State, Auburn, Clemson, Houston, Louisville, LSU, Mercer, Michigan State, Missouri, North Carolina and Wake Forest.

The top of the Blue Raider lineup will be back at full strength for the Mason Rudolph Championship as senior Jenna Burris re-enters the lineup after missing the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate earlier this week due to injury.

Burris is joined in the lineup by fellow senior Hanley Long, sophomores Sophie Burks and Caroline Caudill, and freshman and reigning C-USA Co-Golfer of the Week Catherine Caudill.

The elder Caudill leads off for the Blue Raiders at Vanderbilt Legends Club Friday at 9:00 a.m. on the 10th hole and will be followed by Burks, Burris, Long and Catherine Caudill in 10-minute intervals.
