MTSU Board of Trustees Holds May 24 Committee Meetings

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The Middle Tennessee State University Board of Trustees will hold committee meetings on Tuesday, May 24, in the Miller Education Center, Second Floor Meeting Room, 503 Bell St. 

All committee meetings are open to the public and livestreamed.   

Audit and Compliance Committee: 9 a.m. Agenda items include approval of minutes; report on independence of chief audit executive; results of external reviews; and quarterly report on results of internal audit reports.

Finance and Personnel Committee: 10 a.m. Agenda items include approval of minutes; approval of policy revisions; capital outlay project submittal; capital disclosures; capital maintenance projects submittal; tuition, fees, and housing rates; compensation; and operating budgets.

Academic Affairs, Student Life, and Athletics Committee: 11 a.m. Agenda items include approval of minutes; approval of tenure and promotion candidates; approval of appointment of chair of excellence; approve of degree under consideration; application and enrollment activity report; athletics update; and open educational resources presentation.

Committee meeting times are approximate; if one meeting finishes early, the following committee meeting may begin earlier than noted.
