The Cricpets Murfreesboro Trust sold a 2.3-acre lot at 1734 Old Fort Pkwy. in Murfreesboro for $1.825 million to PetSmart Inc. The lot is part of the Home Depot development by Stones River Mall.

George and Elisa Converse bought 2273 Oakleigh Drive in Murfreesboro for $981,000 on Jan. 10. The 5,500-square-foot home has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms on a 1.36 acre lot, according to Realtor.com.
