The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced a missing man out of Murfreesboro has been located and is safe after earlier issuing a Silver Alert for 70-year-old Daniel Hartley, who went missing in the Murfreesboro area late last night.  The TBI, Murfreesboro Police, and the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Department are very thankful for all the tips that poured into their offices that enable them to locate Mr. Hartley and bring him safely home.
