Rutherford County Emergency Service disciplines have responded to Couchville Pike in the area of Corinth Road due to storm damage, according to a statement from the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.
A preliminary assessment has been completed and there are no known injuries at this time.
There has been some damage to buildings in the area that appear to be the result of falling trees. All other damage in the area at this point seems to be limited to trees and utility poles.
Utility crews are in the area working to resolve the issues. Roadways are expected to be cleared and opened before midnight.
