Rutherford County Adult Detention Center will open video visitation for visits with inmates Monday, said Jail Administrator Chris Fly.

Family and friends must schedule a visit 24 hours before. Visits may be scheduled up to one week before the visit. Visits begin on the hour from 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. and last 45 minutes.

To schedule a visit, family and friends may go to rcsotn.com and scroll down the page to “register for inmate video visitation.”

Attorneys will continue video visits with their clients housed at the detention center.
