Hardee's franchisee Franklin-based CKE Restaurants is celebrating the grand opening of its newly remodeled location in Murfreesboro from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, March 2 at 1685 Middle Tennessee Blvd.

The renovated restaurant boasts a newly-renovated dining area, kitchen, and exterior design.

During the re-opening celebration, Hardee's will host a ribbon-cutting event with remarks from Kelli Beam, VP of Membership Development at the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, and attendance by the Blue Raiders Athletic Association.

To help celebrate the newly remodeled restaurant, the MTSU's Blue Raider Athletic Association will attend, with 20% of the day's sales donated back to the organization.

Additionally, guests who attend the event will have the opportunity to receive free food coupon booklets. The first 100 guests in attendance that visit the 105.9 The Rock tent between 11 a.m.-1 p.m. will receive a booklet.

Since CKE Restaurants moved its headquarters to Franklin in 2017, the company now has its sights set on reviving its presence within the Middle Tennessee community by remodeling local restaurants, in order to better serve quality biscuits and burgers to its neighbors.

CKE Restaurants was formed in the 1960s by Carl's Jr. founder Carl Karcher.
