The Law Office of W. Scott Kimberly, located on the Historic Public Square in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will hold its 3rd annual Free Divorce Giveaway on Valentine's Day. 

"For a lot of people, Valentine's Day is a celebration of love and commitment," said Murfreesboro Divorce Attorney Scott Kimberly. "But for so many, Valentine's Day is another reminder that they remain trapped in a relationship that they cannot leave because of financial problems, because of a spouse who refuses to agree to a divorce, or for some other reason."

"This giveaway is a chance to help someone move on with their life," Kimberly added.

Entries will be accepted for a period of four weeks from Friday, January 17, 2020, to Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14, 2020. A winner will be selected by Monday, February 17, 2020.

One winner, selected by the Law Office of W. Scott Kimberly, will receive free divorce representation, which includes the office charging no fee for legal representation in the divorce. Please note that the client will be responsible for court costs and filing fees. 

Last year, Kimberly selected two winners, which resulted in twice the work for the office, but twice the reward for the recipients.

"Honestly, I had a hard time narrowing down the entries last year," Kimberly said. "So, in the end, I ended up picking two different people to help, both of which are now divorced and able to move on with their lives."

Applicants are encouraged to share their personal story as to why they deserve a free divorce.
