Investment Partners of McMinnville sold the new storage facility on Medical Center Parkway for a cool $10 million in July, according to records from the Rutherford County Register of Deeds.
The building was purchased for $10.75 million on July 2 by SS Gateway, a limited-liability company located in Nashville. It lists National Registered Agents as its register agent.
The property is a 92,000-square-foot, climate-controlled self storage facilty managed by CubeSmart.
Investment Partners of McMinnville is owned and operated by Jewel Hale and Bobby Kirby.
