In addition to the sale of several large tracts of land, another South Church motel sold in March, according to records from the Rutherford County Register of Deeds office.
Following the sale of Vista Inn & Suites in February, A and V LLC sold the Ramada to U&B LLC for $3.9 million on March 14.
Built in 1973, the motel sits on a 3.4 acre lot where it plays host to baseball card collectors and travelers from across the nation.
U&B LLC registered with the Secretery of State in January 2019 with a Athens, Alabama, address and Hitesh Patel as the registered agent.
Patel is the vice president of the nonprofit Middle Tennessee Hotel Association. According to his bio from the MTHA site, he was raised in Franklin and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor in Business Administration.
