The Vista Inn & Suites at 118 Westgate Blvd. in Murfreesboro sold for $2.4 million on Feb. 8. Ayodhya LLC, which is owned by Mayur Patel, sold the motel to Hospitality LLC, which is owned by Nick Patel. Hospitality LLC also owns Wingate Inn & Suites.
The 76-room Vista Inn & Suites was built in 1973 near the former Howard Johnson Hotel.

The completely renovated Georgian home sits on 1.1 acre lot that connects to the 15th fairway of the Stones River Country Club Golf Course.
