The most expensive property transaction in June in Rutherford County was the sell of Panther Creek Parc Apartments, according to records from the Rutherford County Register of Deeds.
The luxury apartment complex off Manson Pike sold for $57.85 million on June 4.
Panther Creek Parc offers one, two, and three bedroom apartments with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and walk-in closets, along with a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, dog park and playground.
On the residential side, Bubba Hudson finally sold his East Main Street home to local attorney Bert McCarter.
The historic house at 450 E. Main St. sold for $1.25 million on June 14.
The 7,468-square-foot, single family home was built in 1912 and contains four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
