TwelveStone Health Partners, a leader in chronic care medication management, opened its newest pharmacy in Ringgold, Georgia.

The new location at 60 Millennium Circle will provide infusion and enteral services to the greater Chattanooga, northern Alabama and northern Georgia markets.

TwelveStone will offer in-home services such as infusions and enteral feeding for both chronic care and post-acute patients. They will also offer MEDIpack: presorted, individual pocket-size packets containing prescription pills, vitamins and supplements. The packets are delivered to a patient’s home, which makes it easier to maintain care plan compliance.

Those living in rural areas are often under-served when it comes to pharmacy and home care options,” said Shane Reeves, chief executive officer at TwelveStone. “We recognized a real need for a broader and higher level of care in these communities, especially for those living with chronic conditions.”

Elizabeth Owen, PharmD, will lead operations for TwelveStone’s newest location. Owen has served the Chattanooga area for more than 15 years, first as a registered nurse at Erlanger Health System, where she also served as charge nurse. In 2010, she received her Doctor of Pharmacy from South University in Savannah, Georgia, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Owen most recently served as pharmacist for Surgery Pharmacy Services in Chattanooga.

I’m delighted to join the TwelveStone team,” says Owen. “I’m looking forward to working in collaboration with our great local hospitals, specialty clinics, and post-acute facilities to bring these much-needed, patient-centric services to our area.”
