Update: Uncle Bud's is back and ready to serve you catfish.

Rumor has it that Uncle Bud's is returning to town.

According to the "Catfish Chronicle," the original owners of the Franklin location (yes the one with the lake) have gained ownership again. They hope to bring its catfish, chicken and such back to the midstate.

And rumor has it that the old Jazzmatazz (and Sante Fe before that) building off Old Fort Parkway will bring the catfish back in about three months.

Speaking of new owners, Tag'z "5 Star Meats" has a new set, according to a Facebook post from April 3.

Mike Taglio launched his ministry of meat in 2000 and, as of a couple weeks ago, he handed it off to Trent and Denise Malone.

"We would like to thank you all for your support the past 17 1/2 years," Taglio said in the post. "We have often said 'we have the best customers, who have become like family to us.' We will miss you all, but feel its time we start on a new journey."

Speaking of catfish

All Puckett's Gro. & Restaurant locations in Middle Tennessee, Puckett s Gro. & Restaurant in Chattanooga, and Puckett's Boat House in Franklin are showing their support for the Nashville Predators this playoff season by offering an "all you care to eat" catfish special for $17 on both home and away game days.

Claire Crowell, COO of A. Marshall Hospitality, says that Puckett's excited to get in on the Nashville Predators catfish tradition and promote Preds pride.

"We love seeing Nashville and the entire state of Tennessee root for a team that we've been passionate about as a company for years now," Crowell said. "Our catfish special is just a small way to show our appreciation for the Predators and everything they've done for our city as we cheer them to the Stanley Cup."

Puckett's catfish is hand-breaded, fried golden brown and served with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. For more information, visit puckettsgrocery.com.

All in One has digitally disappeared

Almost all of All In One Recycling has been wiped from the face of the earth.

The website is gone.

The Facebook page has disappeared.

The phone line disconnected.

All that is left are poor reviews on Google, Yelp and the Better Business Bureau.

Now what do we do with our cans? Will Stones River Recycling use them?
