Pastor Plus Camp-- hosted by The Greatness Coach, Chris Johnson-- was held June 24-25th at Zion Christian Ministries in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Twelve (12) pastors from Tennessee and surrounding states attended the 2-day event.
This 2-day conference-style camp was designed for pastors and ministry leaders to help them discover additional skills and talents that can be used to impact the world beyond the pulpit.
The camp featured a variety of professionals sharing concepts that will assist pastors with influence and impact in their communities.
Lev Hunter, a content strategist in Michigan, discussed the necessity of pastors planning and structuring their content for social media. Marina Gee, owner of MG Creative in San Francisco shared tips and best practices for social media.
Taiisha Bradley, MA, a Celebrity Publicist in Murfreesboro, gave insights on how pastors can increase their visibility and brand value through the power of the media. Adrian Davis, a minister, motivator, and influencer spoke about how pastors should seek more for their lives than just the weekly tasks of pulpit ministry.
Also, as a part of the Pastor Plus camp experience, each attendee participated in a professional promotional video shoot and photoshoot to help jumpstart their brands. The Pastors were treated to meals, first-class hotel and transportation, and a transformational weekend!
And to conclude the weekend, the camp’s host, Chris Johnson unpacked the “Pastor Plus” concept, and shared with the group that, “One day, whether by age or circumstance, every pastor will become acquainted with two questions; What else? And, What next?”

About Chris Johnson
Christopher A. Johnson Sr is the youngest of 4 born to the late Bishop T. P. Johnson Sr. and Elder Ann Johnson, previously of Niceville, Florida. He is a graduate of Niceville Senior High School, holds his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Middle Tennessee State University, and holds His Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. In addition, he is licensed and ordained into the gospel ministry and consecrated as a bishop in 2010.
​Christopher has served as the founder and senior pastor of Zion Christian Ministries International, Inc. for 14 years and has birthed many other ministries as pastor. He is the team Chaplin for the MTSU football team, and he is also the owner of The Greatness Coach LLC, located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
