Two employees with considerable landfill experience have been hired at Middle Point Landfill. Robert McClamma and Mark Rosales joined the landfill team as operations manager and operations supervisor, respectively. 

"Robert and Mark are outstanding additions to the team here," said Jeremy Jernigan, general manager of Middle Point Landfill. "They bring years of experience in the waste industry to Middle Point, and I'm confident their expertise will help streamline our operations and ensure Republic Services continues to be a good neighbor in our community."

McClamma, a six-year Republic Services veteran and a Florida native, has taken over the role as operations manager. In this position, he will be responsible for ensuring all landfill operations comply with safety and environmental policies and for implementing sustainability goals. McClamma will oversee a team of 30 people and manage the day-to-day operations of the landfill.

Prior to joining Republic Services, Rosales spent two years with Sprint Karnes County Disposal in Kenedy, Texas. As operations supervisor, he will work directly with McClamma to ensure the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. He will also oversee Middle Point Landfill's safety and accident-prevention programs.
