Hello, I had a more intimate experience at the Jetblue Airways Rochester Office in New York than I had anticipated. Even though it was only a trip arrangement, it held a lot of emotion because I was organizing something extremely personal. The personnel made sure I understood every aspect of my trip and were courteous, understanding, and genuinely helpful. I was able to fully enjoy the anticipation of surprising my parents because of their support, which made the procedure stress-free. And it was a precious and unforgettable moment when they saw me.
