OPINION: A Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing

OPINION: On May 20th of this year, I was contacted by a friend inquiring about a comment that I had made in July or August of 2024 on a local realtors facebook post. That comment was promptly deleted by the realtor, but people were paying attention and taking notes about this realtor. Particularly, dozens of women, many of whom are also realtors or related to the real estate business, who have had a multitude of adverse experiences with this particular realtor were taking notes on who might be able to validate some of their experiences.

After a week or so of dozens of conversations, reviewing evidence that had been collected since 2005, I decided that it would be an overall negative towards the community, the local real estate industry and countless victims of this person, if I were not to get involved in a campaign of raising public awareness about this individual.

So, on the morning of May 27th, Memorial Day, I made a public facebook post that would be the kickoff point. It was successful. The previous Thursday, the brokerage he had been practicing under released his license. (I was not involved in this) That same day, he placed his license with another brokerage in east Tennessee. Already, people, not me, were contacting that new brokerage to give them a heads up on their latest realtor.

I’m going to pause here and provide a list of some of the alleged behavior that this community is fed up with and unwilling to tolerate any longer from this person:

Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Grooming, Revenge Porn, Impersonating a medical clinic, Extortion, Manipulation, securing work as a photographer for other realtors and using those homes to have sex with different individuals, sending explicit photos of minors, hiding cameras in the bathrooms of his home to collect images of people showering without their permission, hiring private investigators to dig up “dirt” on competitors to use as blackmail material, etc, etc, etc.

This is not about a serial cheater. This is about a predator who has escaped consequences for 20 years. There have been police investigations over the years. There have been women who have come forward to their employers. There have been confrontations with wives and ex wives. There have been confrontations with angry husbands. And until now, there has not been any justice for any of these victims.

On June the 6th, the TBI served a search warrant on this realtors home. They secured the contents of a safe and collected evidence, seized his electronic devices and are God willing, preparing a case against him as we speak. After that search warrant, he went on a bender texting and calling multiple people with threats of suicide. He blamed everyone but himself as per usual for his situation. He admitted “they got me”. He allegedly ingested a bottle of some sort of pills and was missing for several hours while the Murfreesboro Police searched for him. Multiple people called 911 immediately when he started texting and calling. He was located, transported to the hospital and eventually transferred for a 72 hour psychiatric hold. While he was being held, 2 victims filed for emergency ex parte orders of protection and they were granted. When he was released, on June 11th, he turned himself in to the Rutherford County Sheriffs Office on a warrant for DUI related to the June 6th incident. While in custody, he was served with those Orders of Protection.

This was the second episode of threats of suicide and victim blaming recently. The first happening on March 29th. Basically the same story as this time, minus the tbi.

On the evening of June 16th, I was served with an Order Of Protection filed by this realtor. It was quite shocking because the main criteria for those to be issued was having familial  intimate relationship with the person you are filing on. I don’t fit the criteria. However, “stalking” is at the very bottom. So, he accused me of stalking him. Accusations of surveillance, following, harassing, paying people to do the same, photographing his vehicles, etc. All of which were completely false. Court was set for Monday June 23rd. I showed up and due to several cases being involved with this individual, a judge who was already familiar requested that we all postpone until Friday June 27th, so that he could hear all of them. After spending from 8:30-after 3 PM, and an hour or so of testifying on the stand in my own defense, the judge Dismissed the case.

Right now, there are 3 families whos cases are still pending. And until this is all over for all of them, they sure could use your prayers and words of encouragement.

In the last 2 weeks, I have had my personal social media accounts attacked with false reports and have been permanently disabled now for the 3rd time. Just got word an hour ago that my appeal has failed again and there are no more appeals. Time will tell, if my backdoor avenues will restore me again. But until then, I will use what ever media necessary to continue to warn the public and speak up for people who at this moment cannot speak for themselves.
