2021 Special Kids Race registration will see a price increase

Costs to register for the 2021 Special Kids Race on Saturday, Oct. 30 will increase in less than a month, including prices for 15K, 10K and 5K distances.

Interested runners or walkers can save their spot in the tenth annual edition of the fundraising event for a discounted rate by signing up by Wednesday, September 1.

15K and 10K races are both currently open for registration at $55, 5K at $50, One-Mile "Fun Run" for children and families at $25, as well as a "Virtual Runner" option for at-home participants at $25. Prices for the 15K, 10K and 5K will increase by $5 after the September 1 "early registration" deadline while later sign-ups will continue to be accepted leading up to the event this fall.

The 2021 Special Kids Race will be hosted by presenting sponsor, Murfreesboro Medical Clinic and Surgicenter. Organizers would like to thank all sponsors that have been a part of this event and its impact over the last decade.

The ultimate priority of the Special Kids team, including organizers behind the 2021 Special Kids Race, will be to promote a safe experience for all of our participants following the guidelines set forth by the CDC and state health officials.

Special Kids is a Christian therapy and nursing center for children with special needs.
