Local Hometown Hero David Price sponsors Child Advocacy Center fundraiser

“The Child Advocacy Center is excited to announce that local Hometown Hero David Price and Project One Four is the presenting sponsor of the Hometown Heroes Walk for Children,” Child Advocacy Center Board President and District Attorney General Jennings H. Jones said.

What is the Hometown Heroes Walk for Children?

The Hometown Heroes Walk for Children is an annual event to celebrate child abuse survivors and honor the local Hometown Heroes who make a difference in children’s lives. The Platinum Sponsor will be Project One Four A David Price Foundation. This is the sixth year the David Price Foundation has been the presenting sponsor. The event will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021 in Murfreesboro.

How to become a sponsor

Your business, civic organization, or family can become a Hometown Hero sponsor. Sponsorships range from $250-$5,000. Mail your contribution to the Child Advocacy Center at 1040 Samsonite Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 or click the link below to register online HERE.

The deadline for your name or business logo to be included on the back of the Hometown Heroes Walk for Children T-shirts is Friday, April 16, 2021. 

What is Project One Four & who is David Price?

David Price and his family have been faithful supporters of Rutherford County youth. Project One Four started in 2008 as a 501c3 charitable foundation to support children and youth in Middle Tennessee. Their mission: Change begins with communities that empower children to succeed and make a difference in the world. Price is a Middle Tennessee native; he graduated from Blackman High School where he played baseball and basketball. David Price and his foundation have been the Platinum Sponsor of the Hometown Heroes Walk for Children since the Walk’s inception in 2015.
