9 local students to represent Rutherford County at National FFA Convention

Nine Rutherford County High School students, representing two area high schools have been recognized and will represent Tennessee at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana, for national honors in the areas of Dairy Handlers Activity as well as Livestock and Horse Evaluation.
 
The Rutherford County FFA Chapter Members are:
 
Eagleville FFA, Lane Hulshof
 
Lane Hulshof is a junior at Eagleville School. He was recognized as the Dairy Handler Activity State Winner in this area at the Tennessee State Fair held earlier this month in Nashville, TN.
 
Oakland High FFA:

- Jacob Tipton
- Maddie Hawkins
- Gracie Anderson
- Savannah Scott
- Jorge Segovia
 
The above Oakland High School FFA students will represent Tennessee at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana with two stateā€ winning teams; Livestock Evaluation and Horse Evaluation.
