Investment trust invests $5M in La Vergne

A real estate investment trust bought an industrial lot in La Vergne at the end of December, according to documents from the Rutherford County Register of Deeds.

The REIT, Prologis-Exchange CP 5 LLC, bought a 27-acre lot from Patriot LLC in the Nacarato Industrial Park for more than $5.35 million on Dec. 20. The industrial park is located on New Paul Road in La Vergne.

Other transactions of note

Murfreesboro Investments LLC bought half an acre for $4.7 million at 1717 Lebanon Pike, otherwise known as the Huddleston property, on Dec. 29. It includes the Walgreens property at 106 W. Northfield Blvd.

Southland Annandale LLC bought 23 acres of the unfinished subdivision Westlawn for $3.255 million on Dec. 29.

Swanson Developments bought 496.3 acres at 8100 Eaton Hollow Rd. in Christiana from Timothy Williams for $1 million on Dec. 29.

Marjolus Holdings bought 203 Lowry St. in Smyrna for $600,000 on Dec. 29.

David Ashkazari, Fariborz Akbari and Siamak Mobarakbad bought 304 S. Lowery St. in Smyrna for $675,000 from the Wendolyn Leigh Bolin Redd Testamentary Trust and David Dirksford Bolin Testamentary Trust on Dec. 14, 2017.

Most expensive houses

Brian and Andrea Nobbs bought 744 Stone Mill Circle in Murfreesboro for $545,000 on Dec. 20.

The custom-built European-style home features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms in 5,005 square feet. It also has hand-scraped Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, three fireplaces and a 23-foot-tall foyer, according to Zillow.

Eric Livingston bought 6239 Johnson Rd. in Murfreesboro for $500,400 on Dec. 13.

Eric and Lisa Hodges bought 4428 Attleboro Drive in Murfreesboro for $476,905 on Dec. 20.

Troy and Kara Pack bought 1649 Constellation Court in Murfreesboro for $476,180 on Dec. 18.

Robert Charlton and Jennifer Grothe bought 9580 Mona Rd. in Murfreesboro for $470,250 on Dec. 18.

Bill and Katy Douangkhamchanh bought 2821 Earline Way in Murfreesboro for $469,900 on Dec. 15.
